How does access work?

All paid tiers are invitation-based. We pair you with a pricing analyst who onboards your team within one business day.

Is annual billing required?

No. All paid tiers can be billed monthly. Annual billing offers up to 20% off and is preferred for procurement-led teams.

What about custom data licensing?

Enterprise includes data licensing, private categories, bulk write API, and custom indices. Designed for PE platforms, hedge funds, and holdco brand portfolios.

Can I cancel mid-term?

Yes. Monthly plans cancel any time. Annual plans pro-rate within the first 30 days, after which they continue to term end.

Do you support procurement, MSAs, and DPAs?

Yes — on Enterprise. We support standard procurement workflows, MSAs, SOC-style security questionnaires, and data processing agreements.
