1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PaidEnough, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What PaidEnough Provides
PaidEnough produces pricing intelligence, rate benchmarks, and negotiation guidance for creators, agencies, and brand teams. Outputs are estimates intended to inform commercial conversations — they are not financial, legal, or professional advice.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use PaidEnough only for its intended purpose. You will not scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service, submit fraudulent data, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
4. Accounts & Submissions
When you submit information through PaidEnough you confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We may decline to process submissions we believe are abusive, automated, or fraudulent.
5. Intellectual Property
The PaidEnough name, brand, benchmark methodology, and aggregated reports are the property of PaidEnough. You retain ownership of the inputs you submit; we receive a non-exclusive license to use them in aggregated, de-identified form to improve our benchmarks.
6. Disclaimer
Rate estimates, benchmarks, and recommendations are provided "as is" without warranty. Actual deal outcomes depend on creator reputation, audience composition, exclusivity terms, usage rights, campaign deliverables, and negotiating dynamics. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaidEnough is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.
8. Termination
You may stop using PaidEnough at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to other users.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms over time. Material changes will be announced via email or on this page; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
